LAYTON, Utah – June 1, 2021 – KIHOMAC proudly announces its acquisition of NavCom Systems, Inc., a respected manufacturer of high-quality electronic assemblies based in Warner Robins, Georgia. With over 40 years of proven success in overhaul, repair, and production of electronic products, NavCom brings a seasoned team and a strong reputation for on-time delivery to the KIHOMAC NavCom acquisition.
KIHOMAC will retain the NavCom brand, recognizing its strong position in the aerospace and defense sectors. The integration includes NavCom’s experienced workforce and capital equipment into KIHOMAC’s Aerospace Integrity Programs (AIP) group located in Byron, Georgia. The expanded team will continue to deliver reliable electronic components, aircraft wiring and controls, test equipment, and RF/Coax cables.
