LAYTON, Utah – February 23, 2021 – KIHOMAC proudly announces the launch of its F-35 Advanced Travel Pod (ATP), designed to meet the evolving demands of agile combat employment and adaptive basing. Built for the F-35 Lightning II and its global user base, the ATP provides enhanced storage capacity, ease of handling, and rugged durability—setting a new standard in aerospace cargo pods.
Built for 5th Generation Fighters
The ATP is a purpose-built, 5th Generation solution for 5th Generation aircraft. Developed at KIHOMAC’s Center for Advanced Manufacturing in Layton, Utah, it features lightweight carbon fiber construction that mirrors the F-35’s airframe, reducing wear and tear while improving sustainment logistics. The ATP is already available for pre-order, pending U.S. Air Force approval for full operational deployment.
