The Mentor-Protege Agreement submitted by L-3 Communications, Integrated Systems provides KIHOMAC the opportunity to support the Joint Cargo Aircraft (JCA) C-27J Spartan Aircraft by working with L-3/IS Engineers at their facility in researching data and design of Depot Level Maintenance Technical Publications.
